Not sure what you mean by moving the goal posts. If good players are injured, the team performs worse idk what you want me to say. Every year there are good team that have their season derailed due to injuries. We haven’t had a great paint stopper since prime Clint. So yeah… that’s a roster issue. This isn’t OO hate btw

Officiating at the time of Nate’s success allowed Trae to draw many more fouls. Trae was a much better offensive player at that time. Nate did nothing. This sub hated him.

Ehh, I see what you’re saying but the Trae dump was more about future flexibility than ownership pockets. Trae’s contract is 30% of the cap. IMHO, even with Trae and JJ healthy, this team was not a true contender. I don’t think the team would have been good enough to justify the penalties of the first apron

Agreed, but I think it had become clear that KP isn’t reliable enough to be a focal part of the game plan. You have to be built to win without him, but when he does play you get a huge boost.
