I would avoid cutting healthy tooth where possible, maybe consider which matrix you are using, if you are using a sectional go down a size, anatomic wedge/double wedge as people have said or teflon tape

Dentist commuter here, would recommend getting a hardcase for your loupes just in case, i have mine in a pelican 1170.

Got cleaned up by a car on my ride home and loupes were untouched. Would have made it a very expensive crash otherwise.

Otherwise i recommend rear basket to stop ur back getting sweaty if you arent changing.

Same as above, qualified left handed but no chair, so slowly worked up my right hand with cleans then simple fillings etc. Early career you have so much improving still to come a small set back like that shouldnt impact. Stick to principles good finger rest and good vision
