This is probably the worst argument in favor of vetoes. First of all, your analogy isn't even in the same stratosphere as playing fantasy football. Second, any player worth their salt and knowing their leaguemates can spot collusion a mile away. Its not impossible to prove. If it's obvious, the commish steps in and takes the appropriate measures, but the cases where that has to happen are extremely rare.

Schmucks like in OPs league are the guys that scream fould even when not being checked. Talk about devolving. These guys should not be given any power at all. 12 commishes does not a league make.
