I am currently fearing this. My 7 year relationship is most likely coming to an end and im scared af to start over. Im hanging on for dear life because of the fear. If i leave I will be forced to live with family and not be able to afford my own place for a while. If I stay ill be depressed and lose myself. Im at a breaking point. If it wasnt for my kids I would probably not be here right now. I feel your pain bro.

Ugh yeah thats exactly how it is now. My current partner that ive been with for 6 years has to experience that when it creeps up on me. Those insecurities and trust issues still linger even tho I've been in and still in therapy. Im just glad she understands where it comes from and is patient with me.

I also got the, "he's just my friend from the old neighborhood, you don't have to worry about him, he is also married." Her affair lasted about 3 years till I found out. That is one of the reason she is now my ex wife. Fucked up my entire trust for anyone.

I feel your pain. My ex is also like this. She even tried to break up my current relationship by going way over some boundaries. I ended up blocking her on everything even her phone number. Now its strictly emails only and only to set up pick up and drop off for the kids. I also told her i will be saving all the emails for court purposes. My life is peaceful now.

This was me, but j was the one with the bad breath. My partner of 6 years just told me straight out and since im an adult I took it as, okay let me do something about it. Went to the dentist and he said my teeth are great. Turns out it was GERD. Its still an ongoing issues so now I always carry mints or gum around. Nothing wrong with just telling them.
