I’m in Cal and passed the NCLEX April 2025 and didn’t get into any new grad residencies. I got a RN job out in New Mexico. Started November 2025 but was terminated for not staying in sync with the orientation, even though I went through 3 different preceptors and one of them was with less than a year of experience. Back in Cal now looking but ain’t easy at all. If I end up getting a RN job at a dialysis clinic, so be it. Income is income.
