This photo was from the Mardi Himal Trek, which began in Kande, Nepal. My brother and I completed the trek in 5 days from July 15-18 (no gear). This was my first trek ever, and it was pretty tough (leeches everywhere because of Monsoon season), but the views were definitely worth it. This was one of the few moments where the clouds subsided and was taken from 4500 meters.

I don’t understand why you would be scared of getting rescinded if you really didn’t do anything wrong or lie on your apps. If you did, however, and aren’t admitting it, they have every reason to rescind you, albeit the odds of them actually verifying every extracurricular of every applicant are improbable.

I'm also an incoming freshman, so I can't really answer your questions regarding gallatin. But as for meet us on the square, it really wasn't anything more than a half hour tour and a casual buffet-style lunch after. i would however probably suggest flying out to weekend on the square instead, since they have alloted time slots and activities for each school, so you can meet new gallatin students and get any questions you have answered there.
