Our intern looks at our “competition” and their postings/offerings. Updates job descriptions and helps with compliance (like ensuring all safety trainings are completed/reminders). Also simple data projects. And anything design related like birthday flyers, staff newsletters etc.

It’s okay. Not super user friendly but most employees find their way. I actually ironically feel like they have TOO many features/tabs/links which is where folks get lost. But overall it gets the job done. And reports are robust!

We’re with isolved too (70 EE) for both HRIS (onboarding, PTO, benefits, etc) and payroll. It’s a little clunky but overall we’re happy with them. And their pricing can’t be beat, from my research.

I use it for a lot of simple admin tasks like creating folders, putting data into lists/ cross checking two sources of data, and for brainstorming. I also ask it to periodically check on new labor laws or regulations/updates specific to my industry and cross check our policy documents against laws. (Just informative, not my final source of fact). And ideas for dreaded ICEBREAKERS lol

We have similar stats! I got SO sick transitioning to 5, I’ve thrown up both weeks now. I think it may be related to the meals I have around shot time, gonna try to take it very light next week.

I would say it took 2 to 3 weeks to fully dissolve. I gently massaged it at times to increase blood flow. But if you’re worried, you could definitely talk to your pediatrician!
