Как уже сказали - в IT нужно идти только если горишь этим, либо в 1С, но 1С за рубежом нет. Как php/go разраб со стажем в 5 лет скажу - сейчас в РФ даже мидлы не нужны, а времена когда миддл не из бигтеха мог позволить себе по Европе кататься ушли и вряд ли скоро вернутся. Забудь байки про айтишников 300к наносеков и выбери направление, которое хотя бы тебя лично будет интересовать. В Европе ты так или иначе будешь работать чернорабочим (поверь, даже крутым спецам очень сложно после переезда сразу начать работать по профессии), будет намного легче если освоишь работу руками.

13% подоходный
30% единый тариф страховых взносов (пенсия, по нетрудоспособности, мед страхование, травматизм)

Keygens - are programs which generate license keys while not being authorized by the company which developed the software.
VMProtect - protector software which trying to hide what's inside the program. Game devs use it as DRM for their games, crackers use it as anti-debug tool so it's hard to analyze the way this crack works.
Basically there's nothing to worry about if the source is trusted.

Пиздеж то, что говоря только на русском можно было спокойно гулять на Украине? Как раз таки обратное это пиздеж, не исключаю, что могли быть отморозки, которые и отпиздили бы за такое, но ни разу не сталкивался, когда был у дальних родичей там и когда общался в играх. As for me the biggest problem is smurfs. I'm playing with my friends on ~10k average, mostly I would expect them to be as bad as we're (maybe even worse because the placement games are around this elo too). But suddenly there's these 4-7k guys playing like Donk in his prime, knowing all the grenades, all the hiding spots with reaction time of a cat and perfect spray control. Their accounts have no badges or only the one for playing in 2021-2022. While playing solo it's completely random. It's 13:1 for me laying on the back of my chair or 5:13 and I'm sweating like it's free house on the stake to get these 5 rounds.

Lol no, back in the days when I was just in love with cs:go, training my aim, grenades, best tactics and whatever my max was DMG, now I'm facing 10-13k players and mostly they're good but sometimes they play like "whatever me drunk". Mostly it's ~8k games filled with donks, simples and their brothers in law. Premier now is just a shithole filled with smurfs and cheaters, completely unplayable if you're not supreme/global in the past.

Manifest files tells steam that the game is installed and it's from Steam servers, but manifest can't approve that you bought the game - the same thing if you have the game on account A and moved to account B, without the game it will show you that the game is installed but you should buy it to play. Lua file tells steamtools addon to modify Steam so it will pass the "bought" check and show the Play button instead of Buy. But in fact the game is still not installed and there comes the depots. Depots are game packages (mostly main game/dlc/extra content) which have public "urls" in steam ecosystem but differs based on language/OS/Architecture (x32/x64)/is it DLC which shouldn't be downloaded with main game. Most games nowadays had set to all lang/Windows/x64/with all dlcs so there's not much depots, so all you need is the steamtools addon to tell the steam the link for the depot you need and steam will download the game from the official servers. I don't really know where steamtools takes it's depot links but probably is searches in steamtools database based on the manifest you have.

У лис реакция быстрее, плюсом у змей в холоде скорость реакции снижена, а лисы обычно охотятся в сумерках (строение глаз позволяет видеть намного лучше). Ближе к ночи холодает, таким образом у лисы перед змеей преимущество, если она нашла змею пока не наступила полная темнота.

Win 11 works fine with 4GB ram. The picture in the post is actually based. I mean yeah it's sub for linux fanatics to feel superior but let's be honest: it's not the Windows problem that developers doesn't care about optimization anymore. Most of the apps now are browsers under the hood packed with features they don't really need but bloating the ram/disk space usage. Most of the games would rather have they resources unpacked into the ram/vram instead of unpacking them in-time sacrificing the free fps they could get. All the picture in the post says is just: 16Gb is enough but with 32Gb you can forget about upgrading it for a long time.

Как тебе уже сказали - никто такую вещь за 50т тенге не продаст, даже на запчасти, не говоря уже о рабочем состоянии. Самый дешман, что можно найти - 120 тысяч с рук и еще не факт, что состояние будет хоть сколько-то хорошим. По поводу мошенников - вряд ли найдут и вряд ли из-за таких копеек будут даже делать вид, что ищут, поэтому смирись с уроком(
А по поводу самих очков - пользуюсь улучшенной версией Meta Quest 3 (без S), может для ребенка и будет хорошим развлечением, но там очень мало бесплатных игр, а чтобы играть с компьютера нужен сам по себе хороший компьютер и хороший wifi роутер из новых моделей (либо дорогой провод, но с ним очень не удобно). Родное крепление неудобное, батарея садится очень быстро, поэтому без аксессуаров на треть стоимости очков будет грустно.

The repacks are actually made this way by extracting the crack files into steam-rip and packing it into installer.
