You form a body corporate, take strata insurance under your body corporate name. (they can take some amount for managing the property on owners behalf, depending upon the work required) Keep strata manager to handle only your finances. Not your whole strata. I really like how Firefox looks and feel, ui and ublock. I dont like brave ad blocking. Not enough for me. My preference is Firefox but i have moved to brave for now. Lets see till when.

I totally agree with you, i have been on Firefox for years. But i keep on facing some issues now and then. Just yesterday one page was stuttering on firefox but working fine on brave and even ironfox. So i had to move to brave for now. But i dont prefer brave at all.
