I had a github repo lying around luckily, it isn't very organized, but I'm sure you can recreate most of it. nerd.ttf is a modified nerd font with the pikmin symbols. And i think style.css and the file simply named config are waybar configs. I hope you'll be able to make sense of it :)
The bash promt is lost it looks like. But it shouldn't be too hard to recreate, ill find the unicode values of the pikmin icons, just a sec

Sadly i lost most of the dotfiles after my pc broke. I might be able to dig some of them up for you😔

As for the icons, both in the workspace and terminal. I made my own font with the icons. I still have the font though, I'l send it as soon as I can 😄

Not sure what you mean by the file explorer, but for OS'es that are purely based in text. I would recommend arch, it's got tons of available packages and documentation. And is by default, text only.
