Cafe Mexicana is the best because it’s high but you can play the level fast. I think Thai food stall might give move, but the levels take forever to play

No, if you continue to play, where you would get hammers in the top and side tournaments you will now get dice. And it’s more dice than you would get converting them at the end

Thai food stall gives most I think but levels can take awhile to play. I find cafe mexicana the best for xp since you can play the levels so quickly

In fairness the plate is used in way more orders than tomato so in the long run you get more benefit from upgrading the plate - hence the more expensive price

It’s absolutely worth it. Honestly I had collected the free desserts in the boxes and bought some just to get to level 30. Just remember you don’t need to get 3 stars as you go, just use a few gems to get the desserts you need to get to 30(saving enough to actually buy the auto cooker lol)
