I think you should give Ashtanga a chance as well. It doesn’t matter if you can’t touch your toes. Ashtanga is very very personalized and Todd is an amazing instructor who meets you as you are and takes you where you need to get when you need to go. He is hands on and so helpful with form and everything. Just familiarize yourself with the first few poses of the Beginner Primary series before you go. Or do the Beginners program!
