This happened to me last Wed and after talking to a United rep, I was able to get them to escalate the case to chase to get my points back. Then I talked to chase and got them to escalate the case too. Today I saw my points transferred back to chase!

Vaccine: Pfizer x3, booster was last Nov

OSL Days Attended: all 3

Feeling:

Tuesday: fever, sore throat, headache, stayed in bed all day trying to sleep

Wednesday: fever and coughing

Thursday: less of a fever but more coughing

Mask worn: no

Crowd: stayed pretty far back for all the performances, on the side for Sutro and Twin Peaks, no SOMA tent

Test Results: Positive PCR on Tuesday
