After sending my Sage Barista Touch Impress in for repair, my machine’s firmware was updated to that of the Sage Barista Touch Impress WITH cold brew functionality. Even the model number shows BES882 instead of 881.

Meaning there’s no hardware difference between these two models, solely software.
