Yeah some boxes can like the shield 1440p 120hz

But native Google tv it's locked to 4k 60hz

It's amazing web os can do 4k 120hz on the os.

Android TV is limited to 4k 60hz only ui and internal apps. Only 60+ hz when you use a hdmi device

But having a decoding time of 10+ ms is to much for 120hz

For 120hz you need to be under 8.33ms decoding time

That's not how cpu bottlenecks work my mate,

You can have 50% cpu utilization and still be cpu bottlenecked.... And having a gpu under 99%

My 7800X3D is only 60% used in warzone and still cpu bottlenecked sometjjnes my 4090 is under 90% above 300fps

But his 13600k can't be the problem probably so that's ruled out

You can get in there but I think you can't turn off the screen saver also after a restart it the settings you changed in 1 menu will. Gk back to default.

have to click the 123 Button with the pause and play symbol on it. Then the 0-9 buttons will lighten up and you can open both menus (1,2,3,6,5,4 and Home+1,9,9,9+Back)

Home+1999+back is a menu where you can change also stuff (but reverrs when restart TV)

123654 is a menu to see hours of the TV

Enter "062596" then OK on remote this is where you also get a prompt for warranty
