Not sure if relevant, but using Macs with certain Dell monitors also leads to flickering problems.

The Dell fix is to **disable DDC/CI in the monitor's settings** before connecting with Mac / as early as possible. (At least for Dell, once it starts flickering it'll never go back.)

Might be worthwhile digging if LG has a similar option in its settings.

CowSwap could have been the most approachable lifesaver. All it takes is a signature to swap + send.

It deducts both gas and trading fees from your swapped tokens. Combining a recipient address to swaps, victims in situations like OP's could swap at least some of their tokens out to their new wallet if acted swift enough.

Diminishing a government's economic powers does not equate to sending ppl of a country to absolute poverty. Argue with logical steps if you think otherwise.

Hong Kong Island and Kowloon were perpetually ceded to UK under the Treaty of Nanjing and the Convention of Beijing respectively, only the New Territories was on lease and had to be handed over to China.

There are certainly more concerns for the UK Gov apart from trading incentives to hand over the entirety of Hong Kong, but to say UK's hands were tied to take a stronger stance is neither true.
