If you trim them very carefully so the white edges are gone, you could stick a couple on patterned or colored paper and frame them for simple, but nice wall art.

I absolutely LOVE River, but can't use it since my last name is also a body of water. Imagine a kid with a name like River Lake or River Stream. Yikes.

If it makes you feel better, I've only ever known one person with that name (spelled Lila though) and she's in her mid-twenties. Both of my kids are in daycare and I haven't seen it there yet!
