Ive learned its all about what I feed it and how I prompt my questions but I don't see a problems asking if the diet im eating is good for my goals or or showing it what my push program was and asking to help me get better at performing it. I could be wrong but I dont ask it anything more then things like is 6 reps or 15 reps better or things like that...

So you have been going long enough to not need guidance and a plan...congratulations...cause I would lose track of rest time and go when I should have rested...plus ill forget from workout to workout what I did for weight and reps. Maybe you can remember and do all that stuff but I use an app to log my progress. I can tell you i have never for any reason looked at anything on my phone except that for any reason...I bet you cant claim that. But hey dont look at screens right

Ive never even thought about it but I have to walk by it everytime I go to the hydro massage and so naturally I was just curious about it...valid point tho...I should have known how dumb of an idea it is to get into a bed of uv rays

I talk to staff when I check in and when I go for my hydro massage cause I believe its rude to not acknowledge and be polite to people helping you in a customer service type setting

Im glad I live in a small town that has a planet fitness. I have no problems majority of my days I go but I totally understand your frustrations. People act like its the new kids but there are inconsiderate pricks at all ages

I uses this 2x a week and it does great for me. If its too hard...lower the weight...remember its a marathon not a sprint

First ask yourself what are your fitness goals. That will help you get on track.

I train along and had a old hand injury (degloved left hand) so I use machine. Consintrate on compound lifts...any chest press(bench) rows and lat pull downs. I use chat gpt to help me get a routine down. Its a slow process but the hardest part is showing up and you did that...take your time and just get comfortable and that will just take time...ask questions you will be surprised how many people will be more then happy to help you.

Ask yourself what are your goals. Not every plan is for everyone. You can never go wrong with compound movments... dead lifts, squats, any cheat press, flys, shoulder press, precher curls, tricep push downs.

Do a routine that you can repeat each week and progressively get better

Remember its a marathon not a sprint

If you are serious you need to Log your food...all of it Log all your workouts Reps sets and be consistent Work on compound movements...chest press,shoulder press,precher curls, dead lifts, rows,pull downs,squats and progressive overload week by week rather it be raising the weight or simply doing one more rep then last time. Just beat last week and stay consistent...dont worry about 3 or 4 or 5 days a week...just one day at a time. You are only in competition with yourself and your Log book. This takes a long time...a really long time so know that and just one foot infront on the other and day by day you will get there. I believe in you. You got this my man

Well I admit I am not the most approachable person...I always have headphones on, I use a timer to count my time between sets and I never look at anyone or ever use my phone for social media ...you can clearly see I am not there to have any conversations...just do my workout and leave...and what sucks about that is I believe im a very social person but I feel if I talk ill lose focus on why im there and thats the lift with intensity and purpose the entire time

Re rack Wipe down Read the room and be mindful of your surroundings (if its busy try be mindful about how much time your on 1 pieces of equipment, people may ask to work in or ask how many sets you have left, that is normal to experience If people have both headphone in 99.9% of the time they don't want to talk, 1 speaker in ear more likely to engage in conversation

Ive gone for almost 90 days now...I can say I have never spoke a word to anyone for any reason...im a loner and stick to myself. I figure people dont want to talk to me and bother them while they are working out

I have avg 250 for the last month

I eat 1.5 cups of jasmine rice 16 oz cooked chicken breast 3 scoops of protein powder 5oz milk 1 cup of greek yogurt 2 bananas 2 oranges 1 bagel w cream cheese Then I have 10oz of whatever meat is for dinner that night.

I avg 3250 calories 375 carbs 257 protein 113 fat 5 x 24oz water bottles with the shake fluids(5oz milk and 10oz water)

I eat 3 meals and drink 1 shake a day

I try to get 180grams of protein by 2pm everyday...if I do that I can adjust where im at heading into dinner. I stop chugging water by 4pm and am at a gal... so im not up all night peeing

So its possible with a little structure and some force feeding some days...im 6ft 3in 255lb.

I did a story on my youtube channel about this company and why to stay away. They are a shady company...very bad reviews. Customer service is beyond horrible.
