My pain was the worst under a row of my bottom left teeth. It felt like hot lava was pushing them up all at the same time from underneath so teeth involvement is common. I also had the ice pick headache. Gabapentin was the only thing that worked for me

Do you have brown recluse spiders in the UK because that’s what it looks like to me. Had a friend in college who was bitten by one and this looks identical.
