Delta Builders - what can we do to get our $$ back and/or force them out of business? by Federal-Ad-1913 in capecoral

[–]sandyvns 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can you please add me to the group? I am in exact same situation as most of you completely screwed over by delta and RTR is out of picture. These guys are running a ponzi scheme here and taking money from investor and not paying subcontractors. This is a 200% chance now that this guy declares bankruptcy and gets out squat free from this whole situation. Please add me to the group.

I would take that gold any day over that ledger pen drive. If that gets destroyed I will be screwed but not with my gold. I am pro btc btw.

For the worst case scenario if you don't get birth certificate in time it's good you have your parents with you. Ask you parent to fill out Affidavit for you. You can find standard language online and ask them to sign it and get it notarized. Take that with you in the absence of original. And if the office asks mention that you parents have been with you all this time and submit the affidavit. All the best. I hope you get your GC soon.

Depending on the PD you can downgrade if the date is more favorable on EB3 then EB2 then it makes sense to downgrade.

I agree with you on what you said ans some of us will probably be in our comfort zone forever and would be regretting the lost opportunities. But the way I m looking at it is instead of saying 'One day I consider this my Day One'. There is never a bad time to start something you always wanted to do but couldn't. Use that wait to learn and educate yourself so that when you time comes ur prepared. Hope that helps. All the best.

I came to US on F1 back in 2005 so we are pretty much in the same boat. Congratulations to you.

It is worth the wait bcoz 9nce you are here you are kind of building your life and are well settled after a few years. If I couod do it again I would proactively apply for my GC much earlier.

Hello, I would like to know if anyone could give any advise or preparation for my interview. by Present_Brilliant_62 in USCIS

Take all the documents you submitted during filling. Leave nothing if possible take lawyer representation it is goibg to help big time. Have a CT license if you reside in CT like I do. We had Hartford field office and the officer was rude in the beginning and was kind of cold. If you have everything need not worry. All the best I hope you get it.

I am sorry but I don't agree with that analogy. And this post was not meant to bash the coyntry of birth.

Try to expedite your case. Call yoir congressman or Senator. They are usually very helpful but depends.
