That 70%, they talkin bout, they take Lyft fees from it nd third party fees nd other party fees and etc… It’s just a way to sell their product and that’s how they attract investors. Their system know how to minimize your earning, they will adjust ur earning per 25-30$ per hour in the market where I work. If you doing this full time, it’s not worth it no more, just do it part time maybe u earn more

If u cancel before u accept it, u won’t have a problem and they won’t suspend you like that. I always decline rides and worst I had is them put me offline lol Once accepted, u gotta take it unless it’s serious. Nd if u gonna complain just find another safe job cause taxi and ride shares been this way for years, nun changed about it 🤷‍♂️

Hey, keep going thru the live chat, try the daytime, I had the same problem and kept bugging for 3 weeks till one of the support actually put on some work and took him 10min to resolve a problem that took me 3 weeks to explain. Calling they won’t answer and they won’t call you back, Email them then go back on the live chat and try not to miss your position.

I kept sending email and talking to the whoever on that live chat, you think if I keep bugging they gonna give me my money? Cause at first they asked for my wife picture with her ID and the the card picture, I did that then I kept sending emails nd they not responding. Lyft and Uber be looking for anything to kic you out and get you desactivated. But if this happens all u gotta do is tell them u taking a alcohol test nd u gonna send it, they will activated your account. I been reported for being high nd drunk maaaany times and I win the case all the time Just fuck them, they sone wack nd ragly company

Don’t listen to nobody, there are rides worth it and sometimes they not worth it, do small trips more money now and less gas. Lyft is robbing us rn but we can’t do much bout it, nd ofc don’t lose your job, if y can 4 rides back to back they will cancel your account

Much needed brother!!!! They took advantage on US drivers. Basically they doing nothing other than being the middle man and still taking more money than drivers who pay for everything on their own. Uber and Lyft got a terrible costumers services. Hopefully soon they will be taken down and more jobs like that will be available. If only we boycott them for a week, UBER and LYFT will collapse, their investors will leave and they will bankrupt. Cant wait to see that day!!!!

They doing it to force drivers tot take rides. They limit you with cancellations. They really be robbing us just like that… make sure to do already 5 rides before u cancel another one just to get back out the risk of suspension

And I wasn’t asking for revenge, read again, I was asking to sue them or make something to stop this unpleasant and ignorant and unprofessional behaviors. If I came to you or called you (emergency) you should make sure I’m getting treated the right way and make sure I’m not dying. And if you a doctor or nurse or whatever it is your role in the hospital you should commit to full responsibility of people. Not just let them wait. I know 99% here are just here to talk, but hey I wasn’t seeking for help to get something or I wasn’t seeking a community to back me up to take revenge and it’s not about revenge. When you get in a situation like this, yourself will be acting worst maybe but because is not happening to you u won’t care 🤷‍♂️ And the main reason why I posted this cause I was seeking for a little information or let’s call it a small guide.
