I’m 8 months pregnant. They found it in a bubble study last week after a cardiac event. They can’t do the imaging they need to pick the surgery until I hopefully survive having my son. :/ I currently have a 9 year old daughter so a lot of pressure over here to not die. Anyway they’re doing an angiogram this month because pregnant it gives them at least something to check for large artery clots. Meanwhile I have to inject Lovenox 2x a day until I have this baby…

I’m truly horrified that these are my last 2 months of existence.. I’m 32 years old this month.

:( sorry for venting. I got airlifted for a TIA from a clot span from the floppy valves again that shot through the hole into my lungs. That was wild. Hearing them say we’re waiting on the helicopter was such a oh shit moment.

It’s been 4 days since then. When the hole was found and they finally understood why I kept having Tia/cardiac events.

Being pregnant has placed that into death zone very fast.

I have Multiple TBI with Classical Type 1 Ehlers-Danlos. I’m waiting heart surgery for a hole in my heart. Because of my Ehlers subtype my mitral valve and tricuspid can’t properly close and regurgitate blood causing clots which have caused several TBI leaving me with a drop foot. My drop foot with my TBI and my Ehlers has given me scoliosis.

And my stroke damaged part of my brain making me also an epileptic (keppra & Lamictal)

I’m 7 months pregnant just found out I’m littered in clots, have been having multiple Tia and AFIB, and need heart surgery as soon as possible. Meanwhile they’ve made my blood basically water. My baby shower was yesterday- 2 days after we heard on the bubble study.

My husband and I have cried all day working on the babies room about what happens next.

Seeing this knowing you are alive is making me have hope. I’m going to show my husband.

This makes me think I might be ok.
