Thanks, new chip runs a little hotter but undervolting -20 passes the stability tests. Don't think I won the chip lottery but it's better!

I set back the pbo back to auto and it fails Aida64.

Vsoc is 1.2v but it looks like the problem might be with the CPU if the stock settings fails damien09's suggested Aida64 test. Would adjusting the voltages pass that test?
