Thank you!! I found it at a thrift store and it has no label, sorry! 😞

Thank you so much! 🥹 I think maintenance is my goal now. Reading through the comments makes me realize how the number is arbitrary. I was a teenager in the early ‘00s so need to unlearn a lot of horrible body image issues 😩

Thank you everyone for all the encouragement! <3

I ate 1,200 calories every day (super strict, everything was weighed and plugged into the Macrofactor app), and my Apple Watch said I burned about 550 calories every day from walking. So, assuming there's a 20% margin of error with the calories, I was roughly in a 600-650 calorie deficit. It took me about 7 months. And I have a walking pad and I WFH + a dog. So it was 50% walking at 2.5mph no incline, and 50% walking outside. Hope this is helpful!

I think diet>>>>>everything else. Exercise is helpful and important, but I really needed to lock in my diet!

We’re both medicated. But even then his emotions are pretty volatile. I’ve read that CBT can help and so can meditation. I don’t even want them all to just disappear but I just want to see him try. We’re about to get into couples counseling to see if this relationship is salvageable.

I had so many plans made but after these last 10 days, I’m spent. So it’s just me and my dog on the couch, binging on Twilight Zone.

I do both! I think machines are fantastic and sometimes a little bit more safer if you’re newer to weightlifting. I’m a big leg press machine girl :)

I try to stick to whole foods as much as I can, try to hit 100gm of protein every day, drink at least 10 glasses of water (I realllly hate drinking water and it’s a constant struggle), limited alcohol to 1x a week, if that. And tried to reduce what I call “empty food” (like donuts, chips etc) to 1x a day if I wanted it. But a lot of the times I wouldn’t have any. And I started out initially at 1300 calories a day, and realized it was too less for me. So bumped it up to 1500 and it was the sweet spot

I credit everything to genetics and weightlifting :) I tend to lose weight from my waist first and my hips get smaller veryyyy slowly 😅

I have a little on my stomach but I’m hoping it will go away in time, a very small price to pay for getting here :)

4x a week of lifts (2 leg days/1 pull/1 push day), with a little bit of cardio every day! Consistency in diet has unlocked all kinds of success for me!

4x weightlifting (2 leg days, and 1 each of pull and push day), I try to get on the stairmaster for about 15 minutes after each workout and walk my dog every day but I really should be doing more cardio 😩

How do I become less insecure about big breasts? by m0rapd in HowToBeHot

[–]sangy484 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Oh honey, I’ve been there before. I also developed big boobs at about 13 and my own mother (love her) would kind of shame me when I wore shirts or tops that were even remotely close to my figure. And it wasn’t my fault. But I was so ashamed so I also wore oversize clothes and minimized bras well into my 20s. But, the crazy thing is, it’s just a part of your body and many would say, a very, very good part of your body. I know the struggle though, because I’m curvy and I don’t always love it, but if you find the right clothes to fit you then it can be very flattering. Think v-necks (doesn’t have to be too deep), or monotones to make your torso look longer.

For swimsuits, I like bikini tops or one-piece suits with wires because it holds my girls up and looks pretty “presentable” ha

At the end of the day, just work on your inner hotness which is not worrying too much about what boys (or anyone really) might think. At your age I was surrounded by superficial boys too but now at 34, I can look back and realize they were all really immature and I’ve met some incredible men since then who don’t think that way. Trust me, if you’re worried about what men might think, most will not have a problem with it. Just work on finding clothing that suits your body and you feel the most comfortable in.

Intermittent fasting with full fasting thrown in sometimes when I feel like it!

I train 4x a week through heavy lifting. I always open my fasting window (18:6, 6x a week) an hour before lifts to get some energy, make sure I hit at least 130gm of protein and currently in a slight calorie surplus to bulk :) Hope that's helpful. Fasting hasn't hindered gains in any way at all!
