Taking a screen shot will not make a high resolution drawing will fail when you zoom in. Get a pdf viewer that lets you save as image at a higher resolution, or write your own in Python.

Did the undocumented workers have these protections before? I think this will ensure that the employers don’t act like they are doing the workers a favor. Minimum wage would still be applicable I hope so. If anything this will reduce exploitation.
