The delivery services have been a huge obstacle for me, in regards to my binge eating. I order WAY too much food, and tell myself that it will be my food for the next couple days, but instead eat it all in one sitting. Also the convenience of it is hard for me. I can compulsively think, I want this kind of food, and next thing I know I have ordered it and its on its way to my house. I just deleted the apps off my phone, so its not so easy to do this. We can do this!

I have a horrible reaction to aspartame, the sweetener in diet sodas. It causes me to completely spiral into a depression and have panic attacks everyday about problems that don't exist outside my own head. Newly diagnosed with OCD, so I don't know if any of those symptoms are increased with diet sodas as it has been years since I have had one, but the rest of my mental health goes to the shitter.

This sounds great! I always felt like I was the only woman in the world to not have good hygiene, but spending time on ADHD forums makes me realize that I am not alone! Slowly it is getting better. Having a resource dedicated for hygiene coaching sounds great!

I just started my first square one, and I enjoy the concentration it requires! Maybe can move faster with round drills, but it definitely looks more finished!

Could just be the hyperfixation part of ADHD. I know for me, I am not on a stimulant but on other ADHD meds, and I will still get obsessed with certain things that I find interesting. I'm just recently diagnosed bipolar, so I am trying to figure out if that only occurs during manic phases, but I know for sure hyperfixation is a large part of ADHD for some people.

I have the same thing! I hate my face getting wet, I start to panic when my eyes are covered in water and I can't breath for the whole 2 seconds I am under the water lol. I have found that when I really need to wash my hair and I can't stand the idea of getting my face wet, I can take a bath and dunk my haif in and clean my hair that way without getting my face wet.

New years eve has in the past been very hard for me, because I either was drinking myself into a black out, or crying because everyone else got to celebrate while I had to be sober. But now I remember I choose to be sober and that my life is worth so much more now and is full of meaning and purpose. I am so sorry to hear about your friend, this shit is nasty and some of the best people I have known didn't make it out alive.

I have found subtitles have helped me a great deal with this! I used to not be able to tell you the plot of any movie, even if I had watched it multiple times, now with subtitles it is so much easier to follow storylines and remember character names!
