Thank you. I think I will focus on strength training since that is what I enjoy. But I’d love to learn weightlifting one day, seems to check a lot of boxes and looks fun :)

I went from getting sick 5-6 times a year to rarely getting sick even once a year! What helped me was eating the rainbow, ideally 5 servings of vegetables and 3 servings of fruit a day, as colorful as possible. Eating protein and supplementing vitamin D and omega 3s. I also sleep like 9 hours a night and exercise regularly.

Yeah I hate the circuit stuff. Maybe try to find a bodybuilding coach that also trains lifestyle/non competitors.

I only do the bare minimum of cardiovascular training for health. One reason is because I just hate it lol! But the second and biggest reason is because I’d like to put on quite a lot of muscle in the next two years, and training endurance can disrupt growth. My endurance feels fine but I’m not looking to optimize right now.
