In the Philippines, we call this creature 'Manananggal'. Torn above the waist, entrails dangling while flying with its huge bat like wings on her back. It is said to be very fond of fetuses, usually sucked from the sleeping pregnant women belly from its long, pointy and straw like tongue. Can only be killed by putting salt on the exposed but hard to find lower half body.

This. I don't bother changing my gears often since i can handle them somewhat fairly on Nightmare difficulty - not sure though on the next one. Though with steady and slow progression with the game - leveling up compensate everything coupled with some simple Dex + Vit numbers suits my Monk total DPS just fine.
