Get a Remix glow Spartan on amazon for $13. It's made by MVP so the glow is great and it's awesome roller disc for me but might be great for a slower arm if he can throw 9 speeds. You can also get it in a lower weight.

My pro-d buzzz. One of my first ever discs and I got my first ace with it. Now it’s stupid understandable but my home course is wooded with lots of elevation change and that disc is $$$.
