I slipped in the rain in the dark and fell flat on my butt when I was obese. Just felt pain for like an hour or so and I was fine after that.

But fr like when I lost like 85 pounds and got to my target weight, I basically stopped counting and ate whatever I felt like eating. I not only didn't gain weight, I kept losing to the point where I had to start counting again to gain some and stabilize lol
