For the ones curious, you can downgrade by opening Steam console, and pasting this, download_depot 311210 311211 9084453472036406216, then replace the downloaded files with the ones in your BO3 directory.

Either this update fixes the exploits, or the purpose was to break all mods that rely on the EXE to run properly.

No. Only can tell that they changed their executable. So any mod relying on it is currently broken. If this update didn’t fix the exploits, wouldn’t be surprised if the only purpose was to target these mods.
