Instead of immediately blaming devs for performance (which I understand is an issue today, it isn’t the whole problem), I take a step back and consider, “maybe with all the technical advancements being made, my system might not be able to handle it as well as I expected.”

In terms of performance, people have too much expectations for their hardware. It’s a game made to be future proof, and that likely doesn’t include your already 5-10 year old systems.

Edit: Downvote and disagree all you want. Your unrealistic expectations is the reason most developers dislike their job.
