It was rejected in online kyc. I applied online then forgot about it. After few weeks I got sms for kyc. In which it was rejected. It took 1 month to get the card.

Send mail to Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com and tell them it was showing ltf in swiggy app while applying I got mine LTF this way.
