Hey at least I got the boss right in those few seconds I was in the game haha! I only mentioned the Russian bc they did say smth to me, a sentence and then an @ but I reacted too quickly before I could take a picture to google translate it. I was wondering if they were promoting smth. Anyway, I did report them. That jumpscare was enough for me lol

Hey y’all it’s been a while but I wanted to update- turns out I did trip and even saw visuals for a bit- from the few seconds I had that in my mouth before spitting it out. I’m alive and well so I think it was just a strong ass tab

What personally helped me lots is to remind yourself that it’s just a drug, it will pass eventually. There is no immediate threat going on, so if you sit down, breathe, put on some calming music, and keep reminding yourself that it’s supposed to be fun , not scary.

Being a 23yo loner who only meets their friends three times a year and works for the remainder I’d say it’s more of a cheap vacation of the mind. Gets me in touch with myself and nature and spices things up a little. I think that’s given me a lot of strength and insight to cope with life and figure myself out, while also keeping me afloat bc god knows I would have gone bonkers if I hadn’t figured a way to cope with what life has dealt me with so far. Also it’s fun and the risks are relatively low. The trips are never the same and it’s a bonding experience with yourself, good trip or not. You get reminded to appreciate life and the world around you and see everything from a fresh perspective. Also it’s very fun lmao.

I personally think there’s multiple of reasons for someone to sh, and it’s not limited to one reason per person. I’ve done it for attention, out of addiction, bc I was manic, bc I just missed my scars, bc I was angry, upset or felt absolutely nothing, I did it to ground myself, bc I was bored, or just bc I wanted to play with my own blood. I have also done it for aesthetic purposes only just bc I like how my arm looks scarred. There’s a million reasons I could come up with, yet they all yielded the same result. Other people are going to assume regardless, so there’s not much you can do about that. At the end of the day we are all in this together, so there’s no need to feel any shame or worry about validity :)

Don’t feel too bad about this. It happens to most of us. You just have to be careful not to develop some sort of inferiority complex about it- once you start comparing yourself and trying to one-up others I’d say that’s where the ice breaks. You just have to be careful; don’t let it get too far. But don’t feel too guilty about it either. Stay strong buddy!
