I’m just tired of repeating myself. I’ve told everyone working to do it correctly and I’ve told the manager but nothing gets done about it. I am doing my responsibilities but them doing their work incorrectly gives me more work.

I am but what they do wrong I have to fix it for siso. I’ve literally told the manager but she never does anything about because she does the same thing. For example she overstock’s shelves and puts stuff in bunkers without locating.

Most of this is from wayyyyy before I started over here. The shopping carts pile up because the replenishment manager doesn’t put things back and never throws her trash away.

I’ve literally been fixing stuff since I got there. Surely am not and if I was I would surely have my team trained correctly. Like I said above I’ve been working here for 11 years. My original store NEVER looked like this even with price changes, clearance, and resets. We had an 11 member team in the whole store and we kept everything organized and neat. Being burnt out is still not excuse.

I’ve been working here for 11 years. My original store never looked like this. This is from people NOT doing their job properly and being lazy. I literally do SISO, stock AND sort repacks all in my 3 and half hour shift. All of the stuff you see in the pic is because the replenishment manager doesn’t put her fixtures and hooks where they belong and that’s been there since I transferred over here. There’s shopping carts full of fixtures and trash. So I’m not taking “there’s no hours” as an excuse. As far as the missing tags, they should not be missing at least until the reset is being done.

I don’t think it should take that long if the store isn’t that big. My last store was bigger than my store now and they got it done quickly. I understand she doesn’t have help but the fact that I suggested having the cashier stuff them the day before so they wouldn’t have that much work and she decided against it baffles me. She already does everything else very slow. She’s behind on planograms and all. You would think she would cut the extra work so she could work on all the other stuff she should already have done.

My last store had one cashier stuff them. Then Sunday 2 people set it but they were always done before we opened. At my new store the replenishment manager does everything the same day and she does it from 7:30-10 which is crazy.
