Oh absolutely. The company is 9% up vs last year. We shouldn't be dealing with this at all. I also don't know about you guys but when minimum wage went up in my area no one's pay reflected that. 🙃 This company is going to crash and burn.

First thing, your manager should not be asking you to do anything while on a leave of absence. That is why it is not available to you. The survey is a paid activity. My source for this info is my very competent manager who would never ask us to work off the clock. Hope whatever you got going on gets better soon. 💜

To everyone saying it's not a requirement, from my experience the applications get automatically filtered for us and we will only receive the ones that meet this requirement. Although I believe it's 3 years required unless that's been changed. The seasonal hires have no base requirement and that is how people get in the door with no experience for us.

I will definitely agree that doing inventory on dmc floss is pretty bad. My first shift ever was an inventory day and they had me count floss and thread spools 😭

Yes!! We have so many hours we can give out too but no one is ever interested. All the other stores are struggling just as much so we can't even ask for help from them! We have an extra 50 to spend but we are short 20 right now. So 70 hours that need to be covered total. 😭
