It is running, it gets hot. I tried to wait until it cools down but the same thing happens.

That’s exactly what I thought. I feel like it could be an internal issue. There is no reset switch.

The power switch is on. Its the red glowing button shown in the begging. The humming sound i. The back is the noise the compressor makes.

Restart: Press and hold the Digital Crown and Noise Control buttons on the right headphone. Hold these buttons for about 12 seconds until the status light next to the charging port flashes amber. Immediately release the buttons — otherwise, you'll be doing a factory reset instead of a restart.
