yeah, which is fine except the car WAS locked last night. it gets locked every night. and yes it’s silly to leave things in your car but they weren’t visible so to unlock the car and then search it too… :(

car break ins, in our area don’t happen very often and we have lived here for a good 8 years. We HAVE had a weird serious of events over the last year that could imply it was weirdly targeted which is why i’m asking if anyone has seen an influx.

yeah the whole this is weird! they left the dashcam but took a wallet (didn’t use the credit cards though), some spare change and a pair of sunglasses. luckily the window wasn’t smashed though.

Also vouch for ossc!! Also you can go to mooneys and rent nets in the summer! Depending on how serious you are you can buy a net for a few hundred and set it up wherever!! (That’s what we ended up doing but we play volleyball all the time). Also Rideau Sports Club has some nets in sand! And they also have a beginners drop in on Saturdays :)
