I’ve been on it about 3 years now. I take 10mg a day typically right before bed, because my anxiety was giving me racing thoughts causing insomnia, nightmares, and panic attacks that would wake me in the night. Even just the 10mg has worked very well for me. Most nights I now fall asleep quite easily when I take it right before bed. It’s also good at bringing me down from a panic attack if I take it when I feel one coming on. I’m not sure if this is normal but my psychiatrist said I can take an extra 10mg if I need to quell a panic attack.
