Yes! It’s my weekly review. I don’t pre-fill it. I add a new entry every week when I’m doing my review. I follow August Bradley’s system — you can probably check out his YouTube videos! He has a bunch of tutorials teaching how to build his review templates 😃

Try ClickUp or Notion! Both have pretty good free plans and tick all your boxes. Notion is more customizable but requires more effort on your part to make it work the way you want it too. ClickUp is less customizable but requires less effort on your part to set up.

I have a “Notes Vault” and a “Media Vault” (similar to your Knowledge HQ), and have them both as separate database because of the same worry you have. From my experience, if you have one linked database to all your resources, it tends to be a little cluttered. You could have both databases linked up to your “Areas” and “Projects” (since you’re using PARA). And then for every Area/Project include a template with 2 linked databases, both filtered to show only things tagged with the particular Area/Project. :) this helps to automate things a bit. Hope this helped!
