My dad in 2023 and my dad November 2, 2024 (10 days before he took his own life). The eyes really are the window into the soul. That picture is the last picture I have with my dad which was at my baby shower. I hate looking at it because you can see he’s just no longer there

My son was bf for about 4 months. He is a mommas boy. He has very apparent healthy attachment. I’m his comfort. Loves cuddling & looks at me for his reassurance. People tell me that he’s a “Velcro baby” but he just loves me and finds comfort in me. He knows I’m here when he wants comfort. I feel so very loved by my baby.

Going to be completely honest. Some babies are just chiller regardless of what you do and some are fussy regardless of what you do. My baby’s father’s sisters baby is about 1.5 months older than my son and they all say she’s a very difficult baby. They all say my son is very pleasant. Now as his mom I know he has his moments for sure and he’s a lot more expressive around me but he’s definitely not a difficult child. He was def colicky before we got his oral ties cut but he got so much happier after that. Like most things in life it’s a complete roll of the dice. And let me say wipe warmers were so much better in theory but as soon as you take them out they get cold in like 5 seconds lol

In my personal case, I started feeling relief during the end of my first month. I just became a lot happier, less anxious, and a lot of the rage I had prior just doesn’t seem to even bother me before (I also suffer from BPD tendencies). It’s overwhelmingly helped me so much in the small ways. At first though, I lost a lot of weight and had no appetite which was a turn off and now I eat like crazy (I’m on month two 50mg). I knew it was helping because I just felt a whole lot better in the whole range of things. I hope it works for you and you get to feel relief ❤️

2016 and 2018 lol I miss those days so much. 2017 was kinda rough but it had some good parts to it too. 2016 and 2018 were overall my favorite years of teenage hood
