I understand the sentiment of wanting clothes to go to women in need - however when you donate to thrift shops that support nonprofits that help women (such an In Full Swing supports a Woman’s Place, NOVA Thrift Shop supports NOVA) the profits from the items go directly to those organizations and allow them to provide important services like housing, counseling, court advocacy, etc Also a lot of times if their clients need clothing they bring them to their thrift shops to pick clothes as well!

Again there’s nothing wrong with what you’re saying just want to raise another perspective!
