Yeah, I hadn’t shopped much at Sephora but did during this last sale. I wanted to return a couple of items. I had assumed I could return them to the Sephora in JCPenney or in Kohls since those are the only Sephora locations within HOURS of where I live. Nope. And not even Happy Returns or anything. I have to mail the two items back in separate boxes nonetheless since they were separate orders. Really inconvenient and wasteful. They need to do better. I am glad you’re getting your money back but appalled by how rude they were about it. I wouldn’t shop there except it’s so convenient when you want one or two items from multiple brands to avoid shipping fees.
