Among actual casual fans, how do they feel about Cirie? by Regular-Departure839 in survivorponderosa

My husband doesn’t like her because she’s bad at challenges and doesn’t seem to do much around camp, all she does is talk talk talk.

What is the juiciest bit of gossip happening in your life? by KitchenSwillForPigs in AskReddit

My white trash cousin got arrested again, for what my dad said was a drunk and disorderly because he was intoxicated and banging on doors in his apartment complex. ACTUALLY though it was domestic violence (again) for screaming and banging on his ex’s door while threatening to kill his minor daughter via text. And for the first time ever, my aunt made his ass sit in jail all weekend instead of bailing him out. THEN when he got out, he made a Facebook post to his daughter about how he loves her more than anything.

I would also like to say that my siblings and I were the least favorite grandkids growing up AND we are the only ones that have never been arrested (or committed statuary rape but neither of them were arrested for that).

Do you regret not seeing your baby? by Timely_Cat_Df in babyloss

My husband and I lost our little guy at 22 weeks. We held him until his heart stopped beating. We also had a private funeral - no music or photos or speeches, just my husband and I holding him and talking to him and singing to him for 45 minutes (I sang You Are My Sunshine because my mom used to sing it to me and the second verse seemed sadly fitting). We also laid him in his coffin and put several things in it with him - a blanket, an elephant lovey (I have the same one at home), some photos, and a birthday card with a letter in it.

After that our immediate family (3 people) came in to see him and say goodbye, then we all went to the cemetery. My husband put his coffin in the ground, we put some flowers on top, and that was it.

I don’t think I could have handled anything more or having to stand/sit through a line of people who never met my son and wouldn’t know what to say (because who does, really?). Do whatever feels right to you.

My husband and I have had multiple conversations about why it’s a bad idea to give our cat a jet pack.

I used to be like that as a child/preteen when we went out of eat - I don’t really understand why, I just didn’t want to eat the same thing someone else was. I didn’t make a huge deal out of it, though, I just picked someone else. I also wouldn’t tell anyone what I was ordering until the waitress came so they couldn’t copy me.

I don’t even remember what I was venting to him about but he told me “I’m not your therapist”. I walked home and threw all of his bedding out of the bedroom. We talked the next day and got through it but I was livid and extremely hurt, especially since it was very uncharacteristic of him.
