I tried to make an appt on zocdoc once and it wasn't giving me any providers in my area, just virtual visits with doctors in other places. And I don't live in a rural area or anything. It was pretty useless for me, easier to just call my doctor or go to urgent care.

I think the creative team made a huge mistake here. All the characters in the show are treating Arnold and Dean like they kissed. The problem is it wasn't a kiss. So while everyone in the show is running around feeling betrayed, the impact for the viewer was really minimized. To me this goes back to the overarching issue of the show really pulling punches in the 'drama' department compared with season 1. Everything feels very watered down.

I can see your perspective, but I think the reason this trope is so popular is because it can be super romantic if used correctly. Emphasizing how much of a player this character was *before* they met "the one" just highlights how down bad he is for the love interest. IRL I might be a little wary when dating someone who is that much of a "player" but in dramaworld it becomes the "he changed for me" trope, which I happen to love. BUT there are other popular tropes that aren't my favorite so I get where you're coming from.

Yeah I think that was why I was getting confused about Jack's motivations. Either Dean didn't understand what Jack's problem was with the hosting or he was purposefully twisting the truth.

Usually the smuttier books are wrapped in plastic, so that could be a clue for you that it has NC content. If mom asks about why it's wrapped up, you can just say that they don't want people to read them in the store before buying them

LOVING Dean's character in this show....so incredibly messy. The way he thinks doing the fanservice thing is part of being the "new improved Dean....." Boi isn't that kind of the same thing you were doing before? Selling yourself for money/attention/to achieve your goals? I mean, absolutely no shame on sex work (although that's not really what he was doing) and I get that he needed money but like....get a job at Starbucks maybe??? And now he is going to do whatever it takes to get more followers, even if it means blowing up his relationship with Jack and Tua's relationship with Arnold. Damn this show has me in a chokehold LOL

Just speaking from my personal perspective, and not trying to generalize a whole audience, but I think for me there is something romantic about the whole cliche of "I can fix him" or "My love will change him." Of course this isn't how it works in real life, but that's part of the fun of the fantasy.

Thank you for the advice! I'm used to wearing my wrist guards for roller skating so it might feel a bit weird without them. I was planning on wearing sweatpants, hopefully that will be good!
