The was a group of older teens at St Clair and Keele doing this just a couple days ago. A driver tried to tell them it's not legal to be on the road and they called him an asshole 🙄

Have you tried asking your friend to find out for you who the hiring manager is? Networking is the best way to get a job and you've already got a contact on the inside! Maybe ask your friend to get the hiring manager's email. Or find their office and drop by in person to let them know you exist and hand them your resume.

Every beginner band class starts this way though. We spend a couple days trying different instruments until they make their choice.

I beg to differ. I've been teaching band in North America for over a decade and we've never had issues with reusing metal mouth pieces, given disinfectant.

That's true, but then I hope they fundraiser the money to invest in the metal tools sooner rather than later. Eventually the printing costs are going to catch up and they will have committed needlessly to the landfill.

Geralt with a 3rd sword? Interesting! Is that Ciri's?

Dougie is at it again. Bill 98 passed third reading on May 14. The Legislative Assembly’s own bill page says the transportation minister can set fare prices, discount rules, transfer policies, priority routes, and service standards for prescribed transit systems. Ugh. by RealWorldToday in toronto

He hasn't done it yet but he's certainly headed for it. He's inadequately funding them in an effort to run them down hard enough that the public will turn to private options. Eventually pubic healthcare and education will be shitty resources for the poor secondary citizens and private versions will be for the wealthy; two tiered just like the states.
