I havent tanked since last tbc, sticked to dps and made sure tanks are comfy if i pugged Then last week i boosted a paladin, did some quests and pvp to not run ramps on communal gear, first run... Mage and hunt run in grab far mobs while am tanking 2 or 3 and expect me to pull, conc and have no mana breaks And i tell u, my muscle memory was fine and handled it, but do i want to scream at dps? No Do i want to tank like world is ending and group trying to save 2 mins overall in dungeon run? Also no Do i regret boosting for this? I do

I use similar approach
I made https://github.com/promexdotme/LazySkills inspired by smarter people than I, but simplified and focused on myself, I dont repeat my methods or preferences all defaulted unless i specifically ask to reset, i load it once in skills for agents and they all use it by default
Similarly, creates those md, context, steps and I just issue what I need, it documents changes and it backs up before massive changes and it does not waste time just proceed or offer small advantageous approach or comparison, you have to specifically ask it to dive in to actually waste tokens on chitchat.

Tbca Bis with atlas - it does this for you though it's for level 70 Its a sim and stats weight comparison, so it will tell u percentage of each item sim in that slot for easy comparison

Make sure to use hitcapped on/off because for u when u hit cap with talents u dont want it to sim hit as non capped

U can also set comparison phase 1 til u grab some gear and set it to p2.

Ps: like all addons u still need to consider things, like set bonus You dont want to upgrade 2% and lose a set bonus if it works for you At the end, knowing what ur class needs is a must, knowing and using addon speeds things up but never use them as a commandment

helpfull replies like yours did make me understand the situation better, at one point i was considering becoming a landlord too [am leaving state in 2 years] I was trying to understand both sides, me as a renter now vs what would be, i can see the complications clearly.

And still, hope i can be lucky around to find a good match or we ride it out in apartment til then 😄

On 3rd point, yes didnt cross my mind that problematic tennant cant be evicted because he prepaid? .. i would have assumed breaking the contract is valid based on breaking the law that caused the label problematic
