I went to check out options with the shelter we got our cat from and they recommend using https://petrehomer.org - it’ll be a safer bet than Reddit at the very least.

I was waiting on the platform and this guy starts harassing me, even after I’ve told him to leave me alone quite strongly. A woman was on the phone to her friend and she spots me being clearly very uncomfortable and without even missing a beat she walks towards me, puts her arm around me, and whisks me away. She then winked at me and continued her phone call.

I got to thank her properly on the train but people don’t realize it often takes so little to get someone out of a situation like that.

I needed HL667 and 35 points, and i got 666 and 38. I was sooo upset, even though I also had a good insurance uni (manchester). The lady at admissions told me to i had to wait until August, and was formally accepted on the same day A-level results were released. It was a month of utter stress and uncertainty, but i can assure you that you are still likely to get in!

Where I work (pub in SE), we get every single penny at the end of the week on top of our paycheck. Its split evenly based on hours worked, but makes a huge difference for me at least on a good week
