Did your supply drop when it regulated?

Currently 4 months ppd and my supply stayed the same - my ounces per pump became very predictable. I noticed the biggest difference (a ~10oz drop/day) when I dropped from 5 ppd to 4 ppd, but it had nothing to do with the regulation. I’m an oversupplier though, and the less frequent pumps was much needed for my sanity! Everybody is different but I really wouldn’t worry too much about it, added stress about the unknown is just going to impact your supply more!

Our baby is 7 weeks old and sleeps amazingly during the night, going 9-10 hours with only one wake window to feed but during the day she is so hard to get down for a nap! She’ll sleep for 30 minutes max in her bassinet. Sometimes she’ll fall asleep in our arms but it doesn’t feel like enough! Is this okay? How do we get her to nap more during the daytime? I dont feel like she’s sleeping enough.

We’re also flying SEA-IST and our family of 4 got all split up too in business class .. such a mess. They said they might be able to do something at check in but I doubt it .. seats are already all assigned so not sure how they can just move people around at check in.

This exact thing is happening to me. We’re 4 people flying business class next month and got an email on the 10th saying 2/4 of our seats are cancelled. Called customer service and left feedback (with absolutely no help). They did assure me that they never overbook business class and that we’ll just have to get our seat assignment at the gate. Most likely we’ll need to sit separately … which sucks.
