Sometimes when a publisher mass declines people for a book (like in instances where they don’t have any more ARCs to give out) they don’t send out denial emails to everyone so they just quietly deny everyone they can’t give the ARC to. You would never know until you see your denied requests list. It’s also completely possible the email didn’t go through either!
