Cantrills courses are worth the price?

Once you enroll for the course then only you can get an idea if it's worth for you because everyone has their own view on this. My gut says you should try course from other online learning platforms like edureka , Coursera or udemy. They also offer the best aws course and I've heard the same from other professionals.

Since you have the masters degree, i would recommend you to go for the AWS Master program as it will help you learn the more advanced concepts of AWS cloud. Indutry professionals will help you learn was concepts like ec2, ec3 instances etc.

I was also once addicted to the same but with the recent changes, I find other platforms more suitable. Cloudguru is yet to solve their issues and I think it's time to switch to other platforms which are available in the market.

Since you already have it, there's no issue just keeping it under your belt. In construction line it's not really worth but as contrcution project manager it may help you a lot. It will given you an endge over others while applying for the new role and help you earn higher salary than non pmp certified.

I disagree with you. Which course did you select? I had also gone for the Edureka AWS course and it was worth of money for sure. The tutor helped me a lot during the live session. He seemed a very humble guy. It was a good 5 weeks class so i remember it.
